CPH offers 3 medical options for eligible employees to choose from. All three plans include comprehensive medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage. Health savings account option is available. Central Peninsula pays 85%of the premium for full time employees and 70% for part time employees.
Short term disability provides a weekly benefit for up to 22 weeks of a disability. CPH offers two levels of STD. The first level of coverage is provided to eligible employees at no cost. To increase your benefit maximum, employees may purchase enhanced coverage, which provides a maximum weekly benefit of up to $1000.
LTD benefits begin after a 180 day qualifying period. The LTD benefit pays 60% of your monthly pay, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month. LTD benefits continue until you are either able to return to work, or until your projected retirement age.
CPH provides a base life insurance policy for eligible employees that equals their annual base pay. Additional coverage can be purchased for the employee, their spouse and dependent children.
CPH provides a base Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance policy for eligible employees that equals their annual base pay. Additional coverage can be purchased for the employee, their spouse and dependent children.
CPH provides a comprehensive program to facilitate a balance between work and home. This program is free to all employees and their household members. Programs include: Lifestyle coaching, Financial Wellness, Identity Theft Resolution, Life Mart Discounts, and phone, video, or in person counseling sessions.
Full time and Part time employees who have completed one year of service are eligible to receive funds to further their education prior to completing the course.
All employees are eligible to receive 16 hours of compensation per year for hours spent in educational endeavors that are relevant to their position. (Nurses are eligible to receive 24 hours).
All employees are eligible to make elective deferrals into the 403(b) plan. Participating employees also have the option to roll over accounts from previous places of employment into their CPH 403(b) account. Part time and Full time employees will receive the Employer Discretionary contribution and a Employer Matching contribution once they have completed one year of service, in which they worked 1000 hours and have attained age 21.
